 How To Open .ini files

First of all download the .ini file. (Pictures will be in dutch, just look at the spot)

If its done downloading you have to open it with NOTEPAD, click other and select notepad (See picture)




Itll look like this



Copy everything after the first "=" (RLpB1arwDFGiw3g12F8Akg==) and put it in the decryptor. If it clears the field, you cant decrypt it. If it decrypts correctly, you got the password.
