What are Requirements :

1. PC or Laptop With Windows 7/Windows XP/Windows 8/Windows 8.1
2. BeCyPDFMetaEdit Software
3. Password Protected PDF File

Steps To Open PDF Files Without Password :

1. First of all,Download and Install the BeCyPDFMetaEdit Tool by Clicking Here.
2. Now Open it on your Computer or Laptop.
3. Now select the Password Protect PDF File which You want Open without Password.
4. Now change the Mode to Complete Rewrite.
5. Click on Open button.
6. Now select the Security tab and change the Security System to No Encryption.
7. Now click on Save button to overwrite the same PDF or click on Save As button to save the edited PDF file with different Name and Location.I recommend you to save the edited PDF file in new Location.
