These passwords are stored in the same system that contains your saved passwords from other browsers. On a Mac, Google Chrome uses the Keychain Access to store your login information.
All these passwords -- including the passwords youve saved from other browsers -- can be synced to your Google Account, so that they are available on other computers youre using.
Choose whether you want to save passwords
- Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.
- Select Settings.
- Click Show advanced settings.
- Adjust your password settings in the "Passwords and forms" section:
- Select "Offer to save passwords I enter on the web" if you want Google Chrome to prompt you to save your password every time you sign in to a new website.
